All personal information given to us will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared.

Customers can order online and pick-up their order from our retail locations (please call us at 416-694-5553 and notify us).

Customers are responsible for return postage charge if the package is returned unclaimed.

How to Make a Purchase

We have three ways you can shop for our quality human hair products:

  1. Online store
    Simply click on a product, add it to your cart, and go through checkout. We are a fully registered and authorized business. Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  2. By phone
    Feel free to ask questions before making your purchase. Call us at 416-694-5553 or 1-866-374-9447, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm EST.
  3. Retail store
    Come and visit one of our stores.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Paypal (a highly recognized payment service, all you need is a checking account to start).

Placing Your Order

  1. Add item(s) to the online shopping cart.
  2. When you are finished shopping, click the checkout button.
  3. Enter your billing and shipping information.
  4. Select an order payment method and provide the requested information. The shopping cart system is designed to confirm and process credit card orders and to generate order receipts.

All orders are confirmed by email to the address you provide. Make sure it is correct so your order can be processed. Phone orders are also confirmed by email so have your email address handy when placing your order.

Orders are generally processed the next business day. RUSH NEXT DAY ORDERS for in-stock merchandise will be shipped the same business day if the order is received before 11:00am EST. If the order is received after this time, it will be shipped the next business day. The 11:00 am same day shipping service applies to Next Day shipment only.

We require that your shipping and billing addresses match for your order to be approved. If you experience any problems ordering online, please call us to resolve the issue so we can get your hair and products out to you as soon as possible.

If you do have a special request for a different billing and shipping address, please call us at 416-694-5553 with additional forms of identification. We apologize if this extra level of security inconveniences you but we have set up these procedures as a protection against fraud to our customers and to our business.

Order Fulfillment

We will ship all available items within 1 business day (24 hours) of receiving verification of your payment. Our system emails your order receipt as soon as your online order is complete. Shipping times vary by location.

Please note that some items may not be in-stock and available for immediate shipment. We will notify you of back-ordered products and hold your order until all products are available. At this point, you would have the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Out of stock items ship as soon as they become available (within approx. 7 business days). Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

Shipping Charges

Hair & Cuticle Inc. Hair Company uses UPS for all shipping. We charge shipping and handling fees based on the total during the checkout process. These fees are calculated live by UPS during the checkout process. Shipping and handling rates are subject to change at any time.

UPS Delivery Confirmation is automatically included with every hair order over $100.

Express Shipping

Express shipping takes 1-2 business day to arrive at your door. You will see all available shipping options in the first step of the checkout process.

International Orders

We use UPS International shipping to ship outside of Canada. These options are made available to you when you register an account, and when you select the shipping destination for your order during the checkout process.

Sales & Return Policy

Exchanges

All sales are final due to the nature of our product. No refunds.

If you need to cancel an order after you have completed the checkout process, please call or email us immediately. Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped.

Incorrect or defective items may be exchanged if they are in their original, unaltered package. Replacement items will be shipped as soon as the original item is returned. Due to the personal nature of hair products, we adhere to a strict policy with regard to exchanges. All hair merchandise is packaged in clear packaging allowing you to view and to touch the hair merchandise without removing it. If the merchandise is removed from the packaging the seals will be broken making the item unsuitable for exchange.

Check the item(s) you are sending us for exchange. If the item is not in a condition that you would accept as NEW, it should NOT be sent to us for exchange.

IF THE ITEM IS REMOVED AND HANDLED, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT FOR EXCHANGE. Handling includes combing, brushing, washing, dying, curling, braiding, spraying, wearing, etc. If such an item is returned to us, the item will be held for 10 days pending the customer's payment of shipping charges to have it returned to them.

We must be able to confirm receipt of item(s) sent to us for exchange. We recommend you use a shipping service with and will not reimburse your return shipping costs except in the case of our mis-shipment. We will gladly exchange or issue a full refund for any item shipped in error. Please read the special terms of sale for international shipments.

Important Note

According to the federal law, you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We will not accept any merchandise that has been handled (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law.

Restocking Fees / Exchange Shipments

A 15% restocking fee and shipping charges apply to all exchanges. If the sale price of the item being returned is greater than the item requested, we will apply the difference in price toward shipping cost.

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address:

Your order will normally be shipped via UPS or FedEx to the address you provide. Tracking numbers are normally sent to your email address as soon as we receive them from our warehouse. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Use this number to track your package in transit.

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Extra delivery fees will apply if you provide the incorrect address.

To ensure that you get your order, all packages must be signed for at the time of delivery. UPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

Mistakes & Delays

If there are mistakes and delays from our end, we will do our best to correct them. UPS or FedEx occasionally lose a package or shipments are delayed (due to weather and other factors). If we make a mistake, we will do our best to fix it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping. Please notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt of your shipment. We recommend placing your order in advance to allow for unanticipated delays.

International Shipments:

International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary by country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.
